These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of SlotBookings.com, including both Participants (Users) and Club Owners (Organisers). By registering or using the platform, you agree to abide by these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1) Eligibility

• Users: Must be 10+ (or have verified parental/guardian consent). Provide accurate personal details and keep them updated.
• Club Owners: Must be 18+ and authorised to represent/manage the club. All club details must be accurate and kept updated.

2) Booking & Use of Platform

• Users: Book only if you intend to attend; respect slot capacity and timing. Cancel within the organiser’s cancellation window to avoid penalties/credit loss.
• Club Owners: Post/manage slot listings responsibly; no unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. State clear booking/cancellation rules and promptly update changes.

3) Cancellations & Changes

• Users: Organisers are responsible for informing you of cancellations/changes. SlotBookings.com is not liable for missed notifications or rescheduling.
• Club Owners: You are fully responsible for notifying participants of cancellations/changes. SlotBookings.com is not liable for disputes or losses.

4) Payments & Fees

• Users: Participation fees are paid directly to your organiser. SlotBookings.com does not handle or distribute these payments. Disputes must be resolved with the organiser.
• Club Owners: SlotBookings.com may charge: (a) a Club Registration Fee, and/or (b) Slot Publishing Fees (beyond free allowance). You must collect participant fees directly and manage disputes/arrears. Taxes/invoices/receipts are your responsibility.

5) Code of Conduct

• Respect organisers, participants, and venues. No harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour.
• Follow venue health & safety rules at all times.
• Organisers must ensure activities/venues are safe, compliant, and insured where necessary.

6) Data Protection

• All data is processed in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
• Users: Your contact details may be shared with your organiser only for booking administration.
• Club Owners: Use member data solely for legitimate club operations. Selling, renting, or unauthorised sharing of data is prohibited.

7) Liability

• Participation is at your own risk. SlotBookings.com is not liable for injuries, property loss, cancellations, or no-shows.
• We are not responsible for payment disputes, unpaid fees, or venue issues.
• Insurance/waivers, where required, are between participants and organisers/venues.

8) Account Closure & Termination

• We may suspend/close accounts for breaches or harmful conduct.
• Users: You may close your account anytime via email to support@slotbookings.com.
• Club Owners: You may close your account anytime; outstanding platform fees remain payable.

9) Changes to Pricing, Terms & Policies

• SlotBookings.com reserves the right to update or change pricing, platform fees, terms, policies, or features at any time, without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
• It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions and applicable pricing periodically.
